【Job Description】
- Develop and implement operational strategies by analyzing internal and external business factors.
- Prepare and manage the company's budget, analyzing revenue and expenses to ensure efficiency.
- Oversee all factory operations, from raw material intake to final product delivery, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Manage and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality while minimizing loss.
- Control the entire production system, ensuring adherence to standards (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP) and resolving issues promptly.
- Lead and manage all factory personnel, including delegation, supervision, and performance management, to achieve organizational goals.
- Ensure the facility and all operations comply with relevant laws, particularly food industry regulations and safety standards.

- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Food Science, Food Industry, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration
- Management experience in food industry
- Expertise in strategic planning, budget management, and end-to-end production process management.
- In-depth knowledge of food industry laws and quality management systems (ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP).
- Exceptional leadership, team management, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- A visionary mindset with the ability to see the "big picture" of the business.
