【Job Description】
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders on all pricing actions.
- Support Financial Planning for known and predictive issues.
- Evaluate customer profitability and develop targeted pricing campaigns to address shortfalls.
- Analyze historical data and industry trend to provide recommendations for pricing decisions
- Deep understanding of cost structures; develop and maintain cost-to-serve model.
- Manage deal reviews with Sales, Operation and Finance to determine outcome of pricing decisions.
- Develop and maintain pricing policies, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Overall data management, standardization, correcting errors, mapping to enhance data integrity.
- Design information structure to capture all relevant data for decision making.
- Ability to combine relevant data into rich data set for pricing analysis and reporting.
- Establish strategic and floor price by product, supply mode, business segment and industry
- Oversee rollback and contract management.

【Qualification】
- Male/Female, Age around 40 Up
- Worked at least 10 years and 5 years of managerial experience.
- Possess good interpersonal skill and communication skills, both written and spoken English
- Possess the ability to interact with foreigners (other countries’ members) in English
- Degree in General Business, Finance, Marketing or equivalent More than 5 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, finance, or related fields is required
- Ability to understand and deal with complex business challenges.
- Data driven and proven analytical thinking skills.
- Experience in sales or business units support particularly in pricing focused environment.
- Basic understanding of the fundamentals of statistical modeling.
- Excellent communication skills with the capability to engage with all organizational levels.
- Some years of B2B pricing related experience in gas/chemical manufacturing and/or capital-intensive industries is a plus.
