【Job Description】
- Manage and oversee all aspects of factory operations
- Effectively communicate instructions from Japan to on-site staff
- Serve as a liaison between management and shop floor workers
- Ensure smooth coordination across departments (production, quality, maintenance, etc.)
- Motivate and lead factory staff while earning their trust and respect
- Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery with consistent high quality
- Promote a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement
- Develop leaders and staff within each section
- Any other related jobs

【Qualification】
[MUST]
- Only Male
- Age: -55years old
- English: Business level
- General knowledge and experience in manufacturing industry operations
- Management experience

[GOOD TO HAVE]
- Knowledge about molding and injection
- Work experience at a Japanese company

【Allowance & Benefit】
