【Job Description】
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and quality with suppliers; develop new sourcing partners
- Manage purchasing plans, inventory control, inbound/outbound logistics coor dination, and inventory counts
- Handle inquiries from domestic and international customers (especially EU-based), manage returns/exchanges, and coordinate delivery schedules
- Verifying camera and network equipment functionality, performing quality checks, and addressing defects
- Handling international shipping (including EU), including document preparation, customs clearance, and carrier coordination
- Collaborating with sales and warehouse departments to implement improvement proposals
- Managing camera installation tasks and installation contractors
- Planning and customizing hardware

【Qualification】
- Thai nationality
- Any gender
- Age: 27-34 years old
- Business level of English
- Nusimess level of Japanese (N1-N2)
- Basic knowledge about IT or SaaS products
- Able to make relationship with customer
- Experience of direct sales or distributor sales
- Experience of customer success
