【Job Description】
- Act as the key contact for internal and external logistics, managing import/export activities and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and obtain necessary import licenses, permits, and government approvals, especially for hazardous inks.
- Manage transportation, warehousing, and inventory operations to ensure efficient logistics flow.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain accurate import/export shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, BL, AWB, and FORM FTA.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics providers to ensure cost-effective inbound and outbound shipments.
- Procure and manage cargo insurance for imports and exports, maintaining all related documentation for compliance.
- Handle import/export claims, disputes, inspections, and ensure proper filing for traceability and compliance with ISO 9001 & 14001.
- Manage inventory control, including issuing transfer documents, monitoring stock levels, and performing physical inventory checks periodically.
- Process purchase orders received from Sales, Marketing, or Technical Support, and place orders with HQ or subsidiaries.
- Prepare logistics and accounting reports, coordinate with the accounting team for payments, and maintain proper filing of all documentation.
【Qualification】
- Male or Female (28-35) and must maintain good physical health at all times
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Incoterms or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
- Skills and experience of accounting consolidation will be given special consideration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities and willingness to go above and beyond to support the company purpose and achieve sales targets.
- Energetic and highly responsible, with a proactive approach to tasks
- A quick learner with a strong work ethic who excels under pressure to meet deadlines, equipped with excellent schedule management and organizational skills.

- Experience with logistics software and tools
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), experience with pivot and vlook up and basic IT skills
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
