【Job Description】
- Support Japanese management in communication with Thai employees through interpretation and translation (Japanese–Thai).
- Handle sales-related tasks and coordinate between internal departments and clients.
- Coordinate with the accounting firm and prepare necessary documents for submission.
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts receivable and payable.
- Issue purchase orders, invoices, tax invoices, and receipts.
- Prepare payment vouchers and withholding tax certificates.
- Process payroll, including overtime, holiday pay, and other deductions.
- Manage office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
【Qualification】
- Age: 35 years old or below
- Female
- Japanese language skill: JLPT N3 level or above
- Can use Excel
