- Mass production of components (die setting, preparation of resin materials)
- Responding to customer audits
- Setting molding conditions for new products
- Activities for reducing in-process defects

【Qualification】
- Female candidate highly welcome
- Ability to set molding conditions
- Ability to handle molding troubles/issues
- Ability to implement improvements in the molding production area
- Experience working at an automotive parts manufacturing company
