【Job Description】
QMS
-Define and control quality-related processes across the organization
-Ensure products and services meet customer and regulatory requirements
-Establish and maintain quality documentation (Manuals, Procedures, Wl)
-Monitor, evaluate, and improve quality performance continuously
-Promote quality awareness throughout the organization
-Track and report performance using KPIs, audits, and management reviews
-Implement continual improvement tools such as CPAR and Kaizen

QMR
-Ensure the Quality Management System is effectively implemented and maintained
-Report on QMS performance and opportunities for improvement to top management
-Plan and facilitate Management Review meetings
-Serve as the main contact for external audits and certification bodies
-Conduct internal quality audits and monitor corrective actions
-Promote quality awareness and training throughout the organization
-Provide technical support and guidance on quality system documentation
-Recommend improvements to enhance the effectiveness of the QMS

【Qualification】
-Male/Female,Age 25-30 Years old.
-Bachelor's degree : Major in Electronics engineering or industrial engineering.
-Have Work Experience about automotive manufacturing factory.
