【Job Description】
- Data processing and document creation using Excel
- Coordination with the internal Customer Service department
(including customer-related negotiations, internal coordination, construction schedule and delivery date adjustments, and collaboration on issue resolution)
- Shipping and inventory management of camera products, purchasing operations
- Various operational improvements (collaboration with other departments, streamlining workflows)
- Manual development and promotion of operational efficiency improvements, etc.
【Qualification】
- Thai nationality
- Any gender
- Age: 25-34 years old
- Business level of English and Japanese (N1-N2)
- At least 3 years of experience in handling customer inquiries via phone and email
- Those people with experience in any of the following:
(1) Experience in shipping, inventory, or purchasing operations
(2) Experience in sales, planning, marketing, or promotion-related roles
(3) Experience working in the IT industry, SaaS-related fields, or venture companies
(4) Experience in the service industry, leasing, or rental businesses
(5) Experience in cross-departmental coordination and business promotion
(6) Experience creating operational manuals or proposing improvements
