QC Engineer - Visual Inspection (Automotive parts manufacturing)

【Job Description】
- Management and training of approximately 30 visual inspection operators,
responsible for visual inspection tasks, including monitoring the detection rate (accuracy) to ensure achieved quality standards
- Optimize the inspection environment (e.g., preparation and adjustment of inspection tables, magnifying glasses, lighting, and chairs) to ensure work efficiency and inspection accuracy
- Participate in the launch of new products toward mass production (including trials and process establishment)
- Liaise with the QA department and directly contact customers regarding quality requirements and handling of claims

【Qualification】
- Gender: Female preferred, since the operators are mostly female
- Education: Bachelor degree or upper
- English: Communication level (Speaking skill is not required, but for email & documentation)
‐ Basic knowledge and practical experience in QC, relating to visual inspection and manufacturing processes

【Working Hour】
Working time 8:00-17:00
Saturday work 1 time / month in average
