【Job Description】
⎼ Lead the design and development processes for automotive resin interior parts at a Japanese-affiliated manufacturer
⎼ Responsible for designing interior components using **CATIA V5 (Version 5)**
⎼ Handle the full cycle of product design and development, specifically focusing on automotive interior components and related parts
⎼ Serve as a Guest Engineer by being seconded to the automotive manufacturer's design department for close collaboration and project support
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned
★ Career path: Targeted transfer to Japan HQ within 2–3 years.

【Qualification】
① Age: Approximately 23-27
　 Japanese speaker (= JLPT N3) : Junior
② Age: Approximately 27-35
English speaker (= TOEIC 700) : Experienced
　 Skill: Practical CATIA V5 design experience

[Personality]
⎼ Willingness and ability to travel or relocate overseas for project requirements
⎼ Strong communication skills necessary for effective teamwork and collaboration

[Advantage]
⎼ Prior experience in the design and development of door trims or package trays
