【Job Description】
⎼ Operate and monitor processing work using large-scale mechanical equipment.
⎼ Conduct investigation, analysis, and propose countermeasures and improvements for quality and operational issues.
⎼ Specialize in technical tasks related to the production process.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
⎼ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering major is preferable)
⎼ Factory working experience is required (A good sense of safety and manufacturing practices is preferable)
⎼ Age between 30 to 45 years old
⎼ Basic English skills (Ability to read and write simple official documents is preferable).

Working hours: 8:00 - 17:00

⎼ Report line: Manufacturing Manager, Japanese Factory Director, & President
⎼ Peer Chief level: 2 other Chiefs in the Manufacturing Department
⎼ Subordinates: None (The department size is approximately 120 employees)
