【Job Description】
HR & Organizational Management
- Plan and improve recruitment, evaluation, and HR policies
- Develop and implement training and development programs
- Analyze HR data and propose organizational improvements

Administration & Office Management
- Review and optimize office operations, rules, and cost management
- Oversee purchasing, contracts, and facility management
- Coordinate with government agencies, vendors, and support import/export operations

General Administration & Cross-functional Management
- Identify and resolve cross-departmental issues
- Collaborate with management to strengthen organizational structure and internal systems

【Qualification】
- Minimum 5 years experience in HR, Administration, or related fields
- Experience in organizational improvement or system development
- Business-level communication in English or Thai
- Strong leadership, initiative, and problem-solving mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to connect management and operations with balanced judgment
- Hands-on, improvement-oriented, and proactive
- Motivated to grow the company together with the team
