【Job Description】
-Provide first-line support for IT-related incidents and service requests via phone, email, remote or onsite.
-Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
-Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
-Maintain and update IT asset inventory and documentation.
-Assist in user account management (Active Directory, email, etc.).
-Support basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
-Perform routine maintenance tasks such as backups, patching, and updates.
【Qualification】
-Male/Female Age between 25-30 Years old.
-Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
-Experience: 2–3 years of experience in a similar IT support or helpdesk role.
-Good attitude and service mind.
-Basic understanding of Microsoft 365
-Basic troubleshooting knowledge on windows 10 and Windows server.
-Experience working in a term-oriented, collaborative environment.
