【Job Description】
⎼ Manage and lead IT modernization projects (OS, DB, Framework upgrades) for Japanese manufacturing clients in Thailand.
⎼ Serve as the primary communication bridge between Japanese stakeholders (in Japanese) and the Thai project team (in English).
⎼ Ensure all project deliveries adhere to quality standards and Japanese methodologies.
⎼ Drive project timelines and achieve milestones efficiently.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
⎼ Demonstrated experience as an IT Project Manager.
⎼ Business-level fluency in both **Japanese** and **English**.
⎼ Must understand and adapt to Japanese business practices.
⎼ Exceptional project management, coordination, and leadership skills.
⎼ Relevant IT or programming background is a plus.
