【Job Description】
-Sales activities for resin products (PA6, PA66, PBT, etc.) to customers such as automotive parts and electronics manufacturers.
-Technical and commercial negotiations with customers, price negotiation, sales and delivery management.
-Collect and analyze market information in Thailand and the ASEAN region.
-Coordinate with technical and production departments to propose solutions and products.
-Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with the Japan headquarters, other overseas offices, and distributors.
-Supervise and train subordinates, and manage various performance indicators (for manager-level positions).

【Qualification】
-Male/Female, Age 40-45 Years old.
-Sales experience and negotiation experience with Japanese clients.
-Japanese language proficiency at fluent level or higher (JLPT N2-N1)
-English language proficiency at business level or higher
-Experience in the resin industry and/or automotive industry is preferred.
-Adaptability and flexibility for overseas assignments.
-Basic IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
