【Job Description】
⎼ Site management for construction and installation projects (Schedule, progress/timeline, quality control, safety supervision, and subcontractor management).
⎼ Cost estimation, material procurement/management, and cost control.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
⎼ Thai nationality.
⎼ Age between 25 and 45 years old.
⎼ Business level English communication skills.
⎼ Must possess a valid driver's license and own a private vehicle.

【Allowance & Benefit】
⎼ Transportation Allowance: 4,000 THB.
⎼ Communication Allowance: 500 THB.
⎼ Overtime pay provided (Not applicable for Manager level and above).
⎼ Business trip allowance and site allowance.
⎼ Social Security.
⎼ Private insurance.
⎼ Provident Fund.
⎼ Company trip.
⎼ Annual salary increase system.
⎼ Annual Bonus: Once a year in December (Equivalent to 1 month salary plus performance/company results dependent).

【Working Hour】
⎼ Working Days: Monday - Friday (Saturday working may be required as needed).
⎼ Working Hours: 8:00 - 17:00.
