【Job Description】
⎼ Manage daily administrative, accounting, and general affairs functions for the new office establishment and ongoing operations.
⎼ Oversee general bookkeeping, petty cash management, and coordinate financial reporting with external service providers.
⎼ Support fundamental Human Resources tasks, including maintaining staff records, attendance management, and basic compliance with local labor law.
⎼ Handle procurement, vendor management, and maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
⎼ Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and administrative efficiency.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.
【Qualification】
⎼ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
⎼ Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar administrative, accounting, or general affairs role, preferably in the retail or service industry.
⎼ Solid understanding of basic Thai labor law and general administrative practices.
⎼ Good command of English (written and spoken) for internal and external communication.
⎼ Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
