【Job Description】
1. Develop MEP models in BIM software based on information provided by the engineering team and designers.
2. Prepare and update Shop Drawings to align with actual construction site conditions.
3. Coordinate closely with the engineering team to ensure design compliance with project requirements.
4. Revise drawings and models to reflect actual site installation and construction progress.
5. Prepare As-Built Drawings upon completion of installation work.
6. Any other related jobs.

【Qualification】
- Minimum 3 years of experience in drafting or design work.
- Proficient in MEP Revit and related BIM software.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to plan and manage work effectively.
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate well with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in data center projects will be considered an advantage.

【Allowance & Benefit】
Annual leave: 10 days per year (granted after 1 year of employment)
Personal leave: 5 days per year (according to company regulations)
Provident fund: Available after the probation period
Bonus: Once a year (granted after 1 year of employment)

Domestic: 240 THB
Overseas: 750 THB
