【Job Description】
- Preparing basic cost estimations for MEP systems.
- Supervising and controlling site construction activities for MEP works to ensure compliance with design, specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve site issues, facilitate installation works, and ensure smooth project execution.
- Conducting site inspections, monitoring progress, and verifying that installation works follow approved drawings and schedules.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.

【Qualification】
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- At least 7 years of experience in building construction, with knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and quantity surveying (QS).
- Good knowledge and experience in building design and construction, especially for MEP services.
- Knowledge and experience in data center projects are preferable.
- Good command of the English language
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, MS Outlook, Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, etc.
- Thai nationality.

【Allowance & Benefit】
Annual leave: 10 days per year (granted after 1 year of employment)
Personal leave: 5 days per year (according to company regulations)
Provident fund: Available after the probation period
Bonus: Once a year (granted after 1 year of employment)

Domestic: 240 THB
Overseas: 750 THB
