【Job Description】
- Execute marketing plans and company policies.
- Provide customer service and support both before and after sales.
- Calculate costs and set prices for Seafood and Processed Food products based on overseas invoices.
- Receive, verify, and summarize orders to align with the imported product volume.
- Coordinate product preparation and delivery with relevant departments.
- Record selling prices and order information in the system, and prepare product price labels.
- Manage in-store sales and handle customer inquiries via Line@ and email.
- Prepare daily summary reports and advance special price reports.
- Inspect product conditions and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Plan and order products in accordance with customer demand.

【Qualification】
- JLPT N2 or Above (Certificate acceptable).
- Male or female, age 25–40.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales.
- Strong communication skills in Japanese or English.
- Able to use computers and basic sooware for pricing calculations.
- Good interpersonal skills; hardworking, honest, team-oriented, able to work under pressure, and good at problem-solving.
