【Job Description】
The Legal Manager holds a strategic leadership position responsible for the comprehensive oversight of the company's Legal Department. This role ensures the provision of expert legal services across all business units, manages litigation and dispute resolution, safeguards corporate integrity through robust risk management and compliance programs, and provides strategic legal counsel to senior management. The Legal Manager also acts as the Secretary to the Risk Management Committee, integrating legal and compliance frameworks to protect the company's interests.

【Qualification】
-Male, Age not over 45 Years old.
-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent from a recognized university in Thailand. A Master’s degree (LL.M) and/or passing the Thai Bar (เนติบัณฑิต) is highly preferred.
-Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in legal roles, including time at a law firm and within a corporate Legal Department, preferably in a multinational setting.

Must have significant experience in:
-Litigation and dispute resolution, including drafting complaints and representing a company at court.
-Managing consumer protection cases in Bangkok and provincial areas.
-Corporate compliance and risk management frameworks.
