【Job Description】
- Design & Improve material for cutting/drilling tools for machining (engine part)
- Manage cost reduction initiatives concerning material and resources, able to control cost down materials and tool life
- Analyze problem related to Machine breakdown, Tool life
- Supervise and coordinate with technicians within the tools control group
- Able to deal with supplier (Oversee and enhance the operational efficiency of tool)

【Qualification】
- Bachelor Degree in Tooling Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Engineering
- At least 3 years experiences in Tooling Engineering in Manufacturing industry
- Experiences in machining or cutting tool improvement of production maker
- Able to use Auto CAD/CAM
- Knowledge in standard system such as ISO9001, ISO140001, ISO18001
- Good communication, leadership skills and Team work
