【Job Description】
-Communication Planning and Execution: Creating marketing plans for various channels and campaigns both offline and online strategies to raise brand awareness and drive sales.
-Content creation for marketing: Take responsibility for creating marketing content that aligns with the marketing strategy. This includes writing email, advertisements, and other communication materials to enhance awareness, interest and understanding of the products or
services.
-Collaboration and communication across team: Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure marketing campaigns meet objectives.
-Analysis and Measurement: Ability to create reports and analyze performance to improve activities and report result to supervisors.

【Qualification】
-Male or Female, age between 24 - 35 years old.
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related fields.
-Has experienced of any marketing field at least 3 years. (related industrial will be preferred)
-Strengthen relationships with strategic suppliers to secure favorable pricing, lead time, and product availability.
-Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management and presentation skills.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
-Creative thinking and passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
-Ability to handle crisis communication effectively is preferred. Positive attitude, proactive mindset, results oriented.
-Able to work independently and good team player.
-Good command of English (spoken & written) and proficiency in MS Office.

【Allowance & Benefit】
-Latest Annual Bonus FY2024 >> Pay 2 times/year (1) Fixed 1 month pay in December ,and (2) In April by performance does not exceed 4 months.
-Latest Annual Salary increment FY2024 >> Pay 1 time/year in April, average 3 – 5% depending on performance.
