【Job Description】
⎼ Develop new adhesive products.
⎼ Conduct product trials and testing.
⎼ Deliver presentations to customers regarding product specifications and applications.
⎼ Perform final product inspection and prepare detailed reports.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.
**If commencing work directly in R&D is challenging, initial training may be provided in QC/QA.

【Qualification】
⎼ Bachelor's Degree or higher in Chemistry or a related field.
⎼ Experience in Research and Development (R&D) within the chemical industry is required.
⎼ Proficient in English at a business conversation level for internal presentations and document preparation.
⎼ Age between 25 and 35 years old.
⎼ Male candidates are preferred due to current team composition (5 females and 1 male transferred from QC).

【Allowance & Benefit】
⎼ Salary Increment: Annual review (February)
⎼ Bonus: Twice a year (June and December)
⎼ Uniform: Company uniforms provided.
⎼ Meal Allowance: 50 THB per day.
⎼ Overtime meal allowance: 50 THB per session.
⎼ Health Checkup: Provided annually.
