【Job Description】
⎼ Design plastic parts for cars and motorcycles using CATIA V5 software.
⎼ Ensure designs are strong and safe, and meet production requirements.
⎼ Apply knowledge of plastic materials and molds to make sure parts are easy to manufacture.
⎼ Lead and manage the daily work and quality of the design team.
⎼ Coordinate with other teams (e.g., Factory, Sales) on design specifications.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
⎼ Engineering Degree and relevant experience in plastic part design.
⎼ Must be highly proficient in CATIA V5.
⎼ Strong knowledge of mold design and plastic resin properties.
⎼ Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
⎼ Good communication skills for team and cross-department collaboration.
⎼ English language ability is a plus.
