【Job Description】
⎼ Provide technical support to the sales team to facilitate business objectives.
⎼ Prepare and manage technical documentation and specifications.
⎼ Conduct technical presentations, installation, and maintenance services at customer sites, primarily focusing on pouch packaging machines.
⎼ Perform software setup for manufacturer systems during machine implementation.
⎼ Provide comprehensive technical training and demonstrations to customers regarding machine operations.
⎼ Execute troubleshooting and provide efficient solutions for technical malfunctions.
⎼ Manage preventive maintenance schedules, routine inspections, and periodic site visits.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
-Experience in maintenance of medical equipment
-Those who have a car driving license
-Those who are in a good health condition
