【Job Description】
- Develop strategies and identify new market opportunities to reach targets. Analyze the market, industry, and competitors to adapt strategies.
- Lead the sales team to achieve goals, coordinate activities, and join the team for key client visits.
- Provide training, coaching, and motivation to the team to reach KPIs.
- Review proposals, quotations, tender documents, and contracts. Manage the sales pipeline and resolve issues to close sales.
- Control margins by checking costs and preparing costing sheets for price approval.
- Maintain existing clients while seeking new business and building a positive company image.
- Prepare monthly sales reports and analyze market trends for management.
【Qualification】
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
- At least 10 years in industrial or project sales, with 3–5 years at a management level.
- Deep understanding of government procurement (Procurement Act, TOR, median prices).
- Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, good personality, and ability to manage various stakeholders.
