【Job Description】
-Management GA&HR all department by company policy
-Review company regulation and follow up Thai labor law
-Control and update salary structure of company
-Review and solving problem for labor issue
-Manage manpower and budget control including GA&HR expense
-Create activity and set up GA&HR target by top management policy
-Control and review salary adjustment, promotion, and bonus evaluation event
-Control and advised about VISA & Work permit foreign
-Maintain company system ISO-9001, 14001, IATF-16949 including safety and environmental system
-Control and follow up sub-section Facility, Safety and Training center
-Windows contact to all government department concerned
-Advise and consult with employee especially management level
-IHQ. Control and cooperate to support all company under international headquarters
-Internally cooperation with etc. section and all group company etc.

【Qualification】
-Male or Female, Age Between 44 - 46 Years Old.
-At least bachelor’s degree in faculty of administration in faculty of business management or related field
-Experience of GA&HR in manufacturing for management level
-Good skill of management especially human management skill
-Good knowledge about labor law, safety law, including employee relation skill
-Good skill to control policy and company regulation strongly
-Good communication skill between sub-ordinate and top management level including with employee
-Good computer skill MS. Office Word, Excel, Power Point, especially email
-Good relationship with Thai government labor department, SSF., Revenue Department, Immigration, Etc.
-Good leadership and control by management skill including high responsibility too
-English language communication skill
-Active and positive thinking including justice skill
-Honest and loyalty with company and management of organization
