【Job Description】
⎼ Oversee and manage all aspects of restaurant operations (Front-of-House and Back-of-House).
⎼ Deliver excellent customer service and efficiently manage customer inquiries and complaints.
⎼ Handle table reservation systems and dining floor management.
⎼ Manage and conduct inventory checks, including ordering food ingredients and supplies.
⎼ Assist in administrative tasks for the new restaurant opening, such as license and permit applications.
⎼ Promote a positive and cooperative work environment within the team.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.
【Qualification】
⎼ Proven restaurant management experience, preferably in Japanese F&B.
⎼ Conversational Japanese to communicate with Japanese staff (N2 not required).
⎼ Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
⎼ Honest, sincere, and strictly follows company rules.
