【Job Description】
-Strategic Planning/Support : Assist in or lead the development of strategic planning,management frameworks,and KPI analysis.
-Operational Management : Coordinate with senior management to execute department objectives and ensure alignment with overarching business goals.
-Administrative and Support: Facilitate team productivity through documentation and provide professional translation and interpretation for cross-functional communication.
-Process Optimization & Business Improvement: Identifying operational bottlenecks and lead specialized projects to improve departmental or group-wide efficiency and productivity.

【Qualification】
-Bachelor's degree in any field.
-Professional fluency with JLPT N1 certification
-Proficient in Google Workspace,Microsoft Office Suite (Excel,Power Point,Word)
-Foundational knowledge of Project Management and Accounting principles is highly desirable.
-A genuine passion for Business Development and Strategic Management.
-Ability to process conplex information and provide logical solutions (Analytical Thinking).
-A strong commitment to upholding corporate philosophy and a mindset aligned with the company's core values.
