【Job Description】
- Technical Sales & Business Development:
Identify and seize business development opportunities to convert competitor mechanical seals to the company's products, delivering persuasive product presentations and recommendations.
- Troubleshooting & Technical Support:
Inspecting, analyzing, and diagnosing root causes of mechanical seal and pump failures directly at client sites.
- Drive market penetration:
Aggressively converting mechanical seals and equipment from competitors to the company.
- Client Collaboration:
Work closely with customers to investigate technical issues, provide clear explanations of seal/pump functions, and co-develop effective solutions.
- Team Empowerment:
Act as a technical anchor to strenghthen and support both the Sales ana Engineering teams within the company.

【Qualification】
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or any related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of solid experience in the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of Mechanical Seals or Pumps.
- Technical Expertise: Profound understanding of mechanical seal components, pump functions, and industrial applications.
- Communication Skills: Strong reporting and communication skills, with the ability to compile detailed technical data for local teams and Japan HQ.
- Attributes: Highly reliable, solution-oriented, with a strong commercial mindset to drive product conversion.
