【Job Description】
-Manage and oversee IT systems, network infrastructure, Windows Server, and communication technologies.
-Lead IT and information systems development to support business operations and strategic goals.
-Drive Digital Transformation initiatives and implement innovative technology solutions.
-Manage IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business requirements.
-Supervise and develop the IT team, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
-Align technology solutions with organizational objectives to create added business value.

【Qualification】
-Male, Age 40-45 Years old.
-Knowledge and experience in IT systems, network equipment, Windows Server, and communication technologies.
-Ability to leverage technology to create added value.
-Experience in IT and information systems development at a management level, with verifiable work samples.
-Creative, innovative, and understanding of Digital Transformation.
-Strong team management, communication, and project management skills.
-Ability to effectively align technology with organizational business goals.
-Proficiency in English.
-Proficiency in Japanese will be considered a plus.
