【Job Description】
⎼ Coordinate and manage automated production planning systems for maximum efficiency.
⎼ Analyze and generate sales amount forecasts to align with organizational goals.
⎼ Manage order forecasting to ensure accurate resource and material allocation.
⎼ Calculate and oversee overtime (OT) requirements to balance workload and costs.
⎼ Monitor and maintain optimal stock balance levels to prevent shortages or surpluses.
⎼ Manage and optimize production Lead Time (LT) to ensure timely delivery.
⎼ Track and verify production plans against actual results in real-time.
⎼ Follow up on material availability and procurement status to support the production line.
⎼ Develop and implement Kaizen planning initiatives for continuous process improvement.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
⎼ Female, aged 40 years or below.
⎼ Proficient in English communication.
⎼ Possess a calm and mature personality; focused on meaningful communication and active listening.
⎼ Demonstrates a willingness to listen to others and collaborate effectively.
⎼ Capable of working harmoniously with female management and diverse teams.
⎼ Strong analytical skills with experience in production planning or manufacturing control.
