【Job Description】
-Set KPI goals for the section, manage section staff, manage budgets and control educate and train section staff at different levels, collaborate with other sections, and practice problem solving.
-Always reporting, contracting and consultation.
-Employee safety considerations, compliance with company and adherence to rules of social norms

【Qualification】
-Male / Female, Age more than 40 years old
-Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
-Experience in production engineering management level in Electronics or Automotive Business including new model
-Have experience operating manufacturing equipment in electronic component or automotive manufacturing more than 3 Years
-Experience with PCBA. Product (If any)
-Management skills and solving problem tasks
-Able to cooperate with etc. section
-Good personality and strong leadership
-Good Command of English
-Have responsibility, can work under pressure.
-Can use AutoCAD and Auto-CAM
-Experience in manufacturing cost control.
