【Job Description】
- Answer inquiries from the customers about an IT system, which is used in a manufacturing company
- Provide IT related training and explain to customers
- Sometimes visit the customers both domestics and international
- Make Thai, Japanese, and English documents such as IT related manuals
- Translate documents between Japanese, English and Thai
【Qualification】
- Male, Female, age 24 – 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Japanese N2 up, study or work in Japan will be advantage
- English intermediate level up
- Having experience in IT help desk, IT support or related positions is highly desirable
- Fast learner and have passion in IT related
- Able to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal and service mind skills
