【Job Description】
Human Resources
-Manage recruitment for the Head Office and coordinate Factory-side hiring.
-Oversee compensation & benefits, salary structure, labor cost surveys, performance assessment, promotion, bonus, and welfare programs.
-Manage HR systems (Payroll, ESS, Time Attendance), organization charts,manpower reporting, and employee records.
-Administer employee activities: annual health check, uniform, incentives, long-service awards, New Year party, company trip, and provident funds.
-Handle training & development, HQ training, overseas training (including Japan), and orientation programs.
-Ensure labor law compliance, employment conditions, social security, workmen&compensation, and labor relations matters.
General Affairs
-Coordinate with Immigration, BOI, and Labor Dept. for expatriate and foreign employee matters (visa, work permit, 90-day notification, short-term permits).
-Manage business travel arrangements, travel insurance, and air ticket booking.
-Oversee company vehicles, drivers, gasoline cards, and Easy Pass.
-Administer office facility management, equipment, maintenance, storeroom, maid services, beverages, parking, office cleaning, and company memberships (JCC,FTI, ECOT, etc.).
-Organize company events (Songkran Ceremony, Thamboon Ceremony) and manage fire evacuation activities.
Legal / Regulatory / Corporate Governance
-Monitor compliance with laws and regulations (SEC, SET, Trademark, Land-related).
-Handle change of directors, event reporting to SET, proxy documents, and official company documentation.
-Coordinate board meetings, audit committee meetings, AGM, dividend payment, and preparation of Annual Report / One Report.
-Submit financial statements to SEC/SET and manage payments to SET/TSD.
-Manage installation insurance (erection all risk), fire insurance (annual update), third-party insurance, insurance claims, and monthly stock declaration.
PR & Corporate Communications
-Support CSR activities and update the company website (information, news,CSR).
【Qualification】
-Sex : Male or Female
-Age : Must be 45 years or up
-Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Political Science, or related field.
-Minimum 5 years at a managerial level in HR & GA.
-Experience in a public company (PCL) is an advantage.
-TOEIC 700+ or equivalent is a must.
-Japanese language proficiency N3 or above is an advantage.
-Strong knowledge of labor laws, BOI procedures, expatriate processes, and SEC/SET governance.
-Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
-High responsibility, integrity, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
