【Job Description】
⎼ Support the Administration Supervisor with various administrative tasks
⎼ Prepare and manage general documentation, specifically focusing on purchase order lists and invoices
⎼ Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills to create and maintain reports and data
⎼ Handle business correspondence and email communication in English
⎼ Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth office operations
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned
【Qualification】
⎼ Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (** Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
⎼ PC skill: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
⎼ Language: Good command of English, particularly in writing (business emails) and speaking
(** Advantage if can speak Japanese language, but not required)
⎼ Ability to handle administrative duties with accuracy and attention to detail
【Allowance & Benefit】

- Daily lunch allowance (Lunch provided, valued at 50 THB per day)

- Bonus: 1 time on December (depends on company performance)
【Working Hour】
9:00-18:00
Monday-Friday (Basically no Saturday work & no Over Time)
