【Job Description】
⎼ Accompany the sales team to visit clients and conduct comprehensive technical requirements gathering.
⎼ Analyze customer needs and technical drawings to formulate high-value-added technical proposals.
⎼ Conduct negotiations and present alternative solutions to sustain business opportunities even when initial proposals are rejected.
⎼ Provide in-depth analysis of proposal outcomes and share strategic insights with the sales team.
⎼ Make informed decisions based on collected data to drive value creation for both the client and the company.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
⎼ Male, aged up to 35 years old.
⎼ Profound knowledge of cutting tool theory and its practical applications.
⎼ Professional experience as a Technical Engineer at a special tool manufacturer is highly preferred.
⎼ Strong analytical skills with the ability to make decisive actions based on gathered information.
⎼ Sales-oriented personality; while direct sales experience is not required, must possess excellent interpersonal and persuasive skills.
⎼ High level of comprehension and adaptability to handle complex technical environments.
⎼ Accountable and self-driven, with the ability to work independently without shifting responsibility.

【Working Hour】
- Monday - Friday: 8:30 ~ 17:30
- Saturday: As per company calendar (approximately 1 day per month)
- Annual Holidays: Approximately 110 days
