【Job Description】
1. Strategic Sales Enablement & Research
-Conduct in-depth research on the Thai food and snack market, specifically identifying consumer trends (e.g., Gen Z preferences, health trends, spicy flavor trends).
-Translate research into high-value sales presentations. Example: Creating a pitch deck that analyzes current snack trends and proposes specific NP Foods flavors that will appeal to the target demographic.
-Ensure all flavor proposals are backed by logic and market data to build trust with customers.

2. Content Creation & Graphic Design
-Design high-quality marketing collateral, including product brochures, sales sheets, digital ads, and presentation decks.
-Ensure all visual materials align with the company branding and quality standards.

3. Event Management & Lead Generation
-Organize and assist with exhibition booths and trade shows.
-Actively engage with visitors at events to introduce products and collect qualified leads for the sales team.
-Manage the database of collected leads and assist in follow-up communications.

【Qualification】
-Industry Experience: Prior experience in the Food & Beverage industry (specifically in ingredients, flavors, or manufacturing) is required.
-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Food Science, or a related field.
-Language Skills: Excellent command of both Thai and English (Written and Spoken). Must be able to write professional business proposals and marketing copy in both languages.
-Design Skills: Strong proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) is essential. Portfolios will be requested.
-Soft Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex market data simply.
-Attitude: A proactive problem solver who understands customer needs and approaches tasks with a commercial mindset.
