【Job Description】
1. Technical Support
-Provide technical support for companies, including hydraulic, electrical, engine, and transmission systems.
-Conduct regular meetings with key customers to identify technical issues and plan countermeasures.
-Assess site conditions, perform initial evaluations of customer claims, and promptly share findings with relevant stakeholders.
-Manage and share technical information such as drawings, service data, and manuals.
-Support dealers with on-site field troubleshooting, new product assembly, training, warranty claim processing, and spare parts recommendations.
-Plan, attend, and conduct troubleshooting activities and technical training.
2. After-Sales Service Promotion (Marketing)
-Support the General Manager in implementing business strategies to improve operational efficiency and service viability.
-Coordinate with dealers to collect and analyze market data for surveys, research, and business planning.
-Adjust and negotiate spare parts pricing and commercial conditions.
-Research market prices and competitor trends and prepare reports.
-Support and promote sales and service strategies from companies and its group companies.
-Collaborate with site teams to support accounts receivable (AR) collection from mining customers.
3. Internal Coordination
-Participate in meetings with HQ and related departments (conducted in English), prepare meeting minutes and materials, and coordinate schedules.
-Identify development opportunities for assigned construction machinery products.
-Handle customer enquiries and resolve concerns related to equipment and services.
-Prepare and analyze accurate monthly service reports in a timely manner.
【Qualification】
-Male, aged 35 years old or above are preferred
-Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering.
-Minimum 5 years of related working experience and knowledge in construction machineries industry preferred.
-Good command of English language (in order to liaise English speaking associates), Japanese Speaking is an added advantage.
-Proficient in Microsoft office applications, such as MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
-Excellent inter-personal, communication, presentation, problem solving and negotiation skills, able to engage with dealer in a professional and competent manner.
-Able to work independently and be self-motivated.
-A team player with positive attitude and strong customer orientation.
