【Job Description】
- Provide administrative support to the Japanese General Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Act as a liaison and provide interpretation support between the General Manager and various hotel departments.
- Coordinate hotel service operations to maintain high standards of hospitality and quality.
- Facilitate communication with the Japan headquarters and executive management.
- Manage schedules, organize meetings, and handle professional correspondence.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
- Other related tasks as assigned.
【Qualification】
- Female, aged 24-35 years old approximately
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related field
- Prior customer service experience in the hotel industry or other related business
- Business-level proficiency in English
(** Advantage if able to speak Japanese)
