【Job Description】
⎼ Responsible for overall sales strategy and business development as a Playing Manager.
⎼ Manage and expand the international customer base, specifically focusing on the Indian market.
⎼ Supervise and provide guidance to the sales team to ensure domestic targets are met.
⎼ Monitor sales performance, manage KPIs, and report on department objectives.
⎼ Coordinate with the technical and production teams regarding mold specifications and project timelines.
⎼ Visit client sites to maintain strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
⎼ Male or Female, Japanese Nationality or High-level English proficiency.
⎼ Proven experience in Sales Management or as a Playing Manager within the manufacturing industry.
⎼ Strong technical knowledge of plastic injection mold design and manufacturing processes.
⎼ Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English to support Indian clients.
⎼ Strong leadership and people management skills with experience managing a team.
⎼ Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to drive for client visits.

【Allowance & Benefit】
- Position allowance: 5,000THB / Month
- Food allowance: 690THB / Month
- Transportation allowance: 3,500THB / Month
- Health Check up once a year
- Company Trip (once a year)
- Salary Increase: 3% Ave. every year
- Bonus: 1 or 2 months once a year December

【Working Hour】
Mon-Fri and Every other Sat
8:00-17:00
