【Job Description】
- Perform overall production management tasks
- Apply fundamental knowledge of electrical products in daily operations
- Read and understand electrical circuit diagrams
- Analyze and troubleshoot defects in electrical circuits
- Utilize quality analysis techniques such as 5Why and 8D analysis
- Prepare reports in English
- Communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written
- Set up KPI targets and continuously monitor for improvement
- Lead initial lot production and coordinate startup targets with production teams
- Solve problems related to new models and pre-production quality issues
- Support tasks assigned by supervisors or team leaders
- Follow up and monitor the production plan and its progress
- Any other related jobs

【Qualification】
1. Production management
2. Have adequate knowledge in Electric product
3. Understand in electrical circuit diagram
4. Can be analyzed defect on electrical circuit
5. Understand in 5Why 8D analysis technic
6. Can issue report in English
7. Can communication (conversation) in English
8. Setup KPI section and keep monitoring improvement
9. Drive an initial lot for startup and set target to smoothly with production teams.
10. Lead problem solving new models, preproduction quality issues.
11. Assist task of Supervisor or Leader
12. Follow up production plan

Mon-Fri 07.45 –16.45
Break time :09.30-09.40/ 11.20-12.00 / 14.30-14.40
