【Job Description】
- Provide comprehensive Japanese medical interpretation and translation services within a general hospital environment
- Process medical information and billing documents for insurance and medical assistance companies
- Perform sales, contract negotiation, and maintenance with insurance and medical assistance providers
- Provide medical interpretation support via telephone or on-site during off-hours, including weekdays and public holidays
- Conduct business trips to provide medical interpretation support at domestic (Prachinburi, Ayutthaya) and overseas (Vientiane, Laos) branches
- Manage the initial setup of a new medical desk as the primary staff member, with support from other branches
- Other related tasks as assigned by the company
** Transportation: Commuting via public transport, private car, or motorcycle

【Qualification】
- Aged 25–40 years old
- Proficiency in Japanese at JLPT N2 level or higher
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience
** Prior experience in medical interpretation or general Japanese interpretation is highly advantaged

[Personality]
- Strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to manage stress and pressure
- Proactive mindset with the ability to negotiate directly with hospitals and insurance companies
- Possession of a personal car or motorcycle is a plus[cite: 156].
- Must be able to handle mandatory on-call telephone interpretation after working hours[cite: 131, 132].

【Allowance & Benefit】

- Japanese Language Allowance: N1: 7,000 THB/month - N2: 5,000 THB/month
- Shift Allowance: 2,000 THB/month

- On-call Incentives: 300 THB/time (Weekdays)
400 THB/time (Holidays) for interpretation handled from home or off-site

【Working Hour】
** Shift-based
- Weekdays: Shift A (8:00–17:00) or Shift B (11:00–20:00)
- Weekends & Public Holidays: 8:00–17:00
