【Job Description】
-Manage and support Cloud services such as O365, Hybrid Azure AD, Intune,
-Manage and Support Microsoft office 365.
-Configure, update, and Maintenance and Service support related to Windows Server Roles, and Relate Microsoft product.
-Work with internal cross functional teams to standardize solutions and implementation.
-Incident management, troubleshooting, and performing root cause analysis.
-Coordinating with users for project installation, implementation and project management.
-Coordinate with the other parties and vendors to find the right solution.
-Support user request and troubleshooting user problems.
-Other tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
-Male Age: around 25-35 Years old
-Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or other related.
-2-3 Years Experience in Microsoft products: Windows Servers, Active Directory, and Windows Service (CA, DNS, DHCP, File Sharing, Print Sharing, FTP/FTPS/sFTP).
-Good communicates in English.
-Basic Knowledge of Firewall systems (Fortigate is preferred),Information Security system, Backup system,VM (VMWare / Hyper-V) and Cloud Service: Azure AD, Exchange Online, O365, Intune.
-Experience in Microsoft products: Active Directory, Windows Server Roles and Windows Services (CA, DNS, DHCP, File Sharing, Print Sharing, FTP/FTPS/sFTP)
-Have good understanding and proven experiences in servers and client management and application deployment (over LAN, WAN and VPN)
-Able to learn new technologies quickly.
-Have great service mind.
-Strong coordination, organization, teaming and communication abilities.
-Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
-If have driving license is preferred.
