【Job Description】
- IT Support & Troubleshooting: Provide support, inspection, and troubleshooting for IT hardware and systems within the company (e.g., notebooks, printers, NAS, network, CCTV, projectors) to ensure continuous and efficient operation.
- Software Installation & Setup: Responsible for installing and configuring essential software for daily operations, such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook Classic, Line, Google Chrome, antivirus software, printer drivers, and company-specific applications.
- NAS System Administration (Synology): Manage the Synology NAS system, including user account creation, access permission configuration, and password resets.
- Data Backup & Management: Perform data backups from computers of resigned employees to prevent data loss and ensure the retention of important company information.
- Corporate Email Management: Administer the company’s email system, including creating new user accounts and resolving email-related issues.
- Domain Name Management: Oversee and manage the company’s domain names, ensuring timely renewal and proper technical configuration.
- IT Procurement: Analyze IT requirements and procure appropriate IT equipment in line with organizational needs and budget.
- Other duties as assigned.

【Qualification】
- Male 25-30 years
- Can speak, writing and read in English
- Fast Learning, Multitasking, thorough person, Good Communication Skill, Cheerful, to be creative
- Can work under pressure, patient, Not job hoppers
- English or Japanese Speaking
- Immediate Start is an advantage.
