【Job Description】
⎼ Prepare documents for submission to the accounting firm (in Thai).
⎼ Manage vouchers, invoices, and accounting records.
⎼ Organize and summarize tax-related documentation.
⎼ Provide simple interpretation between Japanese and Thai staff
⎼ Handle general office administration, including cleaning coordination and procurement of office supplies.
⎼ Liaise with the building management company.
⎼ Coordinate and process vehicle insurance procedures.
⎼ Perform basic secretarial duties to support the management team.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
- Thai nationality/ Female/ 22-30 years old
- New graduate OK!!
- For new graduates: Basic knowledge of Excel required
- For experienced candidates: Back-office experience (basic accounting tasks), Proficient in Excel (important)
- Serious, honest, and reliable personality.
- Calm and mature demeanor suitable for working in a small-sized organization
