【Job Description】
- Monitor and analyze production costs (material, labor, overhead)
- Prepare monthly cost reports and variance analysis
- Control standard cost setting and review cost structure
- Support budget preparation and cost forecasting
- Analyze cost differences and identify root causes
- Assist Japanese management with cost-related analysis
- Promote cost reduction initiatives and efficiency improvements

【Qualification】

- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy
- Ability to communicate effectively across departments
- Good command of English (Japanese language skill is a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced level preferred)
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
