【Job Description】
The Factory Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality control, and adherence to production schedules.
Core duties include:
- Overseeing daily, weekly, and monthly production targets to ensure smooth operations.
- Hiring, training, motivating, and managing staff while monitoring performance.
- Ensuring products meet company and industry standards, reducing waste, and identifying defects.
- Analyzing processes to identify bottlenecks and implementing efficiency improvements.
- Managing labor schedules, equipment, and inventory for maximum productivity and safety.
- Coordinating with maintenance, engineering, and upper management to report progress and manage changes.

【Qualification】
- A degree in engineering is required, with educational backgrounds ranging from high school to master’s levels accepted.
- Relevant experience in the automotive field is necessary. Prior experience as a shift leader, production supervisor, or similar role is crucial.
- Must have a solid understanding of the 5S methodology and KAIZEN principles.
- Strong leadership, management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Technical understanding of automotive manufacturing processes and machinery.
- Thorough knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Computer skills and proficiency in English.
